“How To Monnal T60” Video Tutorial Series
The last episode of our ‘Monnal T60: How to…’ video tutorial series is up on our YouTube channel! This series has been our most popular series to date, so we’re dedicating a special blog post to wrap things up.
How it Started
For those who are not familiar, the Monnal T60 from Air Liquide Medical Systems is an emergency, critical care, portable ventilator for professional use. In 2019, we at EO Medical decided to create a series of step by step video tutorials on this device as a supplementary learning tool for users.
Unexpectedly, it has become our most-watched series by far, with the first episode ‘How to Setup the Ventilator for Use (Without HME Filter)‘ having already reached 10,000 views!
Topics Covered
Season 1 consisted of basic tutorials to help users learn and familiarise themselves with the ventilator, including setting up the ventilator, performing an autotest check, starting (A)VCV and PSV-NIV modes, selecting other ventilation modes, and monitoring ventilation parameters
Meanwhile, Season 2 covers more intermediate topics such as using PRVC mode, measuring plateau pressure, setting up ETCO2 measurement, and in our final episode – using the CPV option to ventilate a patient during chest compressions
